	To be an authorized Affiliate of Vanity 800 Toll Free, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Vanity 800 Toll Free service as an Affiliate. By signing up for the Vanity 800 Toll Free Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. Terms & Conditions: Vanity800TollFree.com will pay a 20% Monthly Ongoing Residual Commission to any person or company that refers a customer that uses a Vanity 800 Toll-Free number. These ongoing commissions will be paid as long as the customer continues to use our vanity number. The Affiliate hereby agrees to the terms below. 1. This referral must be received from the Affiliate prior to the 800 number inquiry by the prospective customer. 2. The Affiliate / Referring Party must have made the prospective customer aware of the availability of Vanity 800 Toll-Free services. This will be confirmed by Vanity 800 Toll Free. 3. Affiliates are paid by PayPal or company check on or before the 15th of each and every month following client billings, provided there is at least a $20 balance in the commissions payable account. 4. The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate Application and will end when the new Licensee of a Vanity 800 Toll Free phone number terminates his or her service. 5. Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue or profits arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program. Our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees and commissions paid or payable to you under to this Agreement. 6. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought to arbitration in Dallas, Texas, pursuant to the terms of the International Commercial Arbitration Act.
